Future—State

Future State is a neutral, non-profit initiative of the United Nations Foundation that advocates for the rights and aspirations of people in the digital era. The organization undertakes high-impact research and builds public sector capacity globally, advancing approaches that maximize people’s participation, agency, choice, and trust (PACT) in the digital economy. It works with governments, donors, and private sector partners to ensure the digital future works for all, particularly in emerging markets.
