Progresus is an investment group operating in residential and industrial development, managing manufacturing companies, and developing innovative materials for sustainable construction. The group focuses on economic and environmental sustainability, with flagship projects in timber construction, industrial parks, and mycelium-based materials. It previously owned Seves Glass Block, which was successfully sold to Sediver, part of the Blackstone group, in October 2025.
